Figpickels Toy Emporium® wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is simple: Our "no questions asked" returns policy:
We gladly accept returns with the following conditions: 1. Items must be unopened, unused and in saleable condition 2. Items must be sent back within 30 days of your original receipt of the item 3. You must first contact us for a return authorization number (RMA) Returns that do not meet these criteria will NOT be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items that qualified for free shipping will be charged a 10% shipping/handling fee. Any shipments returned because they are undeliverable to the shipping address or any packages refused will be refunded less actual shipping and handling charges. Complete the information below and we will email your RMA number and shipping instructions. Once you receive your RMA number, be sure to package the item(s) carefully. If you have received a product that is defective, please complete the form below and we will reply with procedures on how to receive a replacement product.
To initiate a return you must send an email to contactus@figpickels.com explaining why you want to return the product and verifying the product will be returned in the condition stated above. Figpickels Toy Emporium® will email you an RMA number (return merchandise authorization). Please include this RMA number with your return. Figpickels Toy Emporium® will NOT accept any returns without an RMA number. You are responsible for return shipping costs as well as products lost before they reach Figpickels Toy Emporium®, so we suggest you use a shipper such as UPS or FedEx where you can track your package.
